Based in Greensboro, NC (within a 40-mile service radius), you’ll:
Conduct 2 residential inspections daily , including ancillary services
Use your experience in residential construction to evaluate structures and systems
Generate clear, professional reports same day using company-provided software
Deliver top-tier client service that leads to glowing 5-star reviews
Maintain tools, uphold safety protocols, and stay current with industry standards

Licensed Home Inspector in the state of North Carolina (mandatory)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential construction or related field
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working with digital tools and inspection software
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Willing to complete the Acumax Index assessment
