Responsibilities

• Lead high-intensity functional training sessions in a group setting
• Provide proper instruction on exercise technique and modifications
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment
• Set up and clean up before/after sessions
• Build relationships with members and support their fitness goals
• Work closely with the studio team to deliver the F45 experience

Current Needs

Maple Grove Studio

• Fridays: 5 AM - noon
• Saturdays: 7:30 AM & 8:45 AM
• Sundays: 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM

Plymouth Studio

• Fridays: 5:30 AM - noon
• Saturdays: 8:30 AM & 9:45 AM
• Sundays: 9 AM

➕ Subbing opportunities available during the week

✅ Must be available to coach at least 8 classes per month
