Job Description

Fresh Air Home Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online , managing payroll processing , and ensuring that all aspects of bookkeeping are handled efficiently. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance, along with tracking inventory levels.

Position:

• Full-time
• In-person (Must work from the office, not remotely)
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Onlin e .
• Manage payroll and commission calculations for staff.
• Track and manage inventory levels for equipment and supplies.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping for accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Potentially handle ServiceTitan CRM for better tracking of jobs and technician time, a huge plus if you have prior experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets , and other Microsoft or Google products.
• Previous experience in inventory management.
• Home service industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must bring positive energy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with management.

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $35.00 / hour (depending on experience)
