Our company is seeking an experienced Permanent Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the full recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Cultivate and implement strategic talent acquisition strategies to source candidates from unconventional channels.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to keep track of all applicants and candidates and to maintain records of all recruiting activities.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and handle paperwork for new employees, including I9, W4, and reference checks.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed reports of past and future candidate interviews and hiring interactions.
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure all hiring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Construction industry.
  • Proven experience with interviewing, talent management, and new hire orientation.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source, track and manage candidates.
  • Strong experience in managing a variety of job roles and understanding the specific requirements for each role.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, with an emphasis on immigration and employment eligibility regulations, including I9 and W4 form processes.
  • Experience in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
