Role Summary
The Global L2 French Language Expert will provide end to end Level 2 technical and language support to international users ensuring accurate translation effective communication and resolution of incidents in the French speaking regions The candidate must possess strong technical acumen native level fluency in French and excellent English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced L2 technical support for global business applications systems and infrastructure
Translate complex technical documentation incident reports and user communication from English to French and vice versa
Engage with French speaking clients to diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations requiring deep technical intervention
Ensure language accuracy and cultural alignment in all French communications
Support process documentation and knowledge base creation in both English and French
Conduct root cause analysis and share technical insights to prevent recurring issues
Coordinate with global support teams to maintain consistency in ticket resolution and service levels
Review translated materials for tone clarity and business appropriateness
Participate in training sessions audits and cross functional improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Professional fluency in French C1C2 level and English mandatory
7 years in technical support L2 operations or translation in IT service environments
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ITIL process knowledge
Proficiency in using ticketing systems like ServiceNow Remedy or JIRA
