Job Description

Description One of our clients is looking for an entry level Financial Analyst for a contract opportunity. + Assist in compiling and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. + Use Excel and financial software to create reports, dashboards, and presentations. + Collaborate across departments to monitor budgets, projections, and key performance metrics. + Conduct market research and benchmark analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the organization. + Support the preparation of forecasts and variance analyses for monthly and quarterly reports. + Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial operations. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. + Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex data. + Familiarity with basic financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. + Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to contribute in a collaborative team setting. + Basic knowledge of financial software or tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, or Power BI) is an advantage but not required.
