Job Description

DESCRIPTION

About The Business
More than 300 million customers shop on Amazon’s global store every day, browsing, purchasing, and reviewing products sold by both Amazon and third-party sellers. Since 2000, Amazon has provided individuals and businesses of all sizes with a platform to reach hundreds of millions of customers, build their brands, and grow their businesses. Today, third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold in our store. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and drive impact in Marketplace, one of Amazon’s core pillars.

About The Role
The International Seller Services (ISS) Finance team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and operations for our newly established WW External Fulfillment (EF) charter. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the global strategy and driving the financial success of our EF business.

Sellers are the lifeblood of Amazon’s Marketplace, and new sellers are a critical driver of growth, contributing significantly to both our active seller base and product selection. By recruiting and supporting third-party (3P) sellers, ISS helps them grow their businesses on Amazon—whether through their own logistics networks or by leveraging Amazon’s global fulfillment and customer service capabilities. A healthy and thriving seller ecosystem is essential to the long-term success of Amazon’s 3P business.

About You
You are a customer-obsessed, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You excel at solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and turning high volumes of data into actionable insights. You have a growth mindset, embrace healthy debate, and are skilled at building trust across finance and business teams.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably in a global or cross-functional environment.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- A track record of driving process improvements and implementing scalable solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Why Join Us
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Amazon’s External Fulfillment business and make a tangible impact on the success of third-party sellers worldwide. You’ll work alongside talented teams, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of one of Amazon’s most strategic initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
As the FP&A leader for External Fulfillment, you will:
- Drive Global Financial Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver financial reporting and analysis that informs business decisions, driving growth and transformation.
- Own Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage existing reporting and planning models on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Present financial forecasts and insights to senior executives, influencing strategic decisions and business outcomes.
- Lead Worldwide Projects: Engineer financial analyses, support business planning (e.g., XBRs, OP1/OP2 cycles), and manage headcount and goal mechanisms.
- Integrate P&L Operations: Oversee the financial integration of multiple businesses under the WW External Fulfillment umbrella.
- Innovate and Simplify: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline management reporting processes, driving efficiency and scalability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience
