Position: Field Service Manager
Location: Owasso, OK

Are you a skilled leader in field service management looking for the right advancement role? This is an exciting opportunity to oversee service operations, managing a team of field technicians while ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment. With direct collaboration with executive leadership, you’ll play a critical role in delivering top-tier service to customers while optimizing field operations.
Salary: $88-96K annually, plus full travel expense reimbursement

Process Optimization: Improve service operations, coordinate with project managers, and manage field invoicing
Customer-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to resolve service-related issues and uphold company standards
Experience: 5-7 years in field service installation and commissioning of large industrial heating systems
Management Skills: Proven leadership in scheduling, workforce management, and field service coordination
Technical Expertise: Strong background in control systems, wiring, panel assembly, and instrumentation calibration
Knowledge: Familiarity with ASME codes and welding processes is HIGHLY valued!
Travel: Occasional travel required (15-20%)
