Location: Hillsboro, FL & Sarasota, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $55k to $60k per annum

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will discover and nurture new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with a dedicated clientele. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and current clients, spotting areas for business growth.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships to address material needs effectively.
• Partner with Customer Service for consistent client communication.
• Keep detailed records of interactions within our CRM system.
• Pursue growth opportunities with emerging products.
• Oversee a geographically defined customer base, catering to contractors and expanding into new markets.
• Balance your week with 50% travel and 50% office duties.

What We Seek:

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and field experience (minimum 3-5 years).
• Familiarity with aluminum, fencing, or hurricane shutters is advantageous.
• Adept at consultative sales tactics.
• Enthusiastic, personable attitude.
• Strong communication and professional rapport skills.
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Technical adaptability with computer systems and software.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
