JMI Reports is expanding, and we're seeking two experienced Field Managers to lead our team of Field Reporting Specialists. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for property reporting, we'd like to meet you!
Position Overview:
As a Field Manager, you will oversee the activities of our Field Reporting Specialists, ensuring high-quality reports and efficient operations. Your role will involve training, mentoring, and managing a team to meet company standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the activities of Field Reporting Specialists.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of property reports.
• Provide training and support to field staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between field staff and senior management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Experience Required: Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in property reporting or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Basic understanding of construction is a plus .
