Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Extruder Operator to join our team at a leading plastics company located in Loudon, TN. As an Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality plastic products. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule with some overtime as needed. Must train on days.
Responsibilities:

Operate extrusion machines and equipment to produce plastic products according to company standards and specifications
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and production efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Salary: $ 19.00 19.00 Per Hour
