What You'll Do:
Provide expert legal advice on a variety of estate planning topics, including wealth preservation, tax law, trusts, and wills
Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more
Stay informed on the latest developments in estate planning law through thorough research
Simplify complex legal concepts for clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and the potential implications
Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to create holistic estate plans for clients
Ensure all estate planning activities comply with legal requirements and regulations
Offer guidance on navigating complex estate and tax law challenges
Develop lasting relationships with clients by offering timely, practical legal advice
Provide tailored advice on wealth preservation strategies that align with clients' goals
What We're Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an estate planning attorney
Active license to practice law in the state
Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax law, trusts, wills, and related areas
Proven experience in drafting and revising estate planning documents
Exceptional research skills and ability to stay up-to-date with legal developments
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
Ability to work independently while being an effective team member
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
