Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Communications Assistant to join our fast-paced event marketing team . In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting live events, developing compelling communication materials, and enhancing brand visibility through effective, experience-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies for live events and brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with the design and events teams to create high-quality printed and promotional materials.
  • Support event planning and coordination , ensuring brand messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with client goals.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform promotional strategies and strengthen event impact.
  • Help organize press materials, presentations, and brand collateral for campaigns and live activations.
  • Gather and organize post-event feedback and reports to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A creative, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with a passion for live events and brand storytelling.
  • Prior experience in event coordination, client relations, or communications is a plus but not required.
