This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of customer experiences across web, mobile apps, in-theater kiosks, and point-of-sale systems. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative, seamless, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals across web, mobile, kiosk, and POS channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience across ecommerce touchpoints including discovery, conversion, checkout, and post-purchase.
  • Ensure consistency and integration across all customer-facing platforms, both online and in-store.
  • Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and measure impact.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store operations to ensure product initiatives support broader business objectives.
  • Champion agile methodologies and product best practices across the organization.

  • Proven success in B2C ecommerce or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience managing products across multiple channels including web, mobile, kiosk, and POS.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, user research, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with agile development, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
