Direct Sales & Marketing Representative Responsibilities: 

• Aid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by cultivating an exemplary consumer experience based on direct, face-to-face, interactions 
• Resolve customer questions and concerns by providing accurate and reliable information using given sales training to finalize and close all sales 
• Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in order to design and maintain a favorable public image for clients
• Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaign strategies
• Report directly to the Senior Sales & Marketing team with feedback and results to drive revenue and sales
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of all our client's products, services, and any deals or sales promotions 

Direct Sales & Marketing Representative Requirements: 

• Associate's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in customer service, retail, branding, marketing, coordination, or communications preferred
• Must be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekends
• Adapt well to change, both in sales mentality and work hours
• Self-starter with the ability to shine in unsupervised individual tasks as well as team projects
• Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor
• Sales machine with a basic understanding of the sales process and finalizing deals
