Digital Marketing Specialist

Location : Remote (Must reside in United States in Pacific or Mountain Time)

Type : Part-Time (Expected 15-20 hours per week) or Contract (1099)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to grow demand for our services within the communities we serve.

Responsibilities / Position details:

• Website Maintenance & SEO : Oversee website updates and enhancements, aligning user experience, brand identity, and SEO best practices to drive growth.
• Content Creation : Develop persuasive ad copy and eye-catching visuals tailored to our target audience.
• Paid Media Management : Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels
• Social Media Strategy : Create and execute innovative social media advertising strategies that support overall marketing goals
• Campaign Analysis : Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying trends for improvement and optimizing return on ad spend
• Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications:

• Digital Advertising Expertise : Proven skills in campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization, with extensive knowledge of Google and Meta ad platforms. (Preferred 2+ years of Experience)
• Website Management : Experience managing content in WordPress, including updates and modifications.  (Preferred 2+ years of Experience)
• SEO & Keyword Strategy Management : Heavy experience with SEO and keyword research to align ad copy with high-impact search terms and drive site traffic.  (Preferred 2+ years of Experience)
• Design Skills : Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually engaging ads, layouts, and other elements.  (Preferred 2+ years of Experience)
• Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret performance data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Healthcare Experience : Not required, but strongly preferred.
