Job Description

Immediate need for Data Entry/Clerical employees for our client located in Elgin, IL. This is a long-term contract to hire opportunity.

This position is within the Receivable Operations. Production line type of environment .
• Preparing batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopes
• Inputting data into the system
• Operating high speed imaging equipment
• Verifying checks through customer specific instructions for processing
• Match check images to corresponding material while validating quality of images.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Meeting individual and team processing goals and metrics .

Immediate Need available for weekend shifts. Part-time weekend shift (20 hours) working Saturday and Sunday 5am to 3:30pm or Full-time (40 hours) Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 5am to 3:30pm.

Requirements:
• Basic Computer/typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to pass in depth background check and credit worthiness
• Willing to work in a high security production environment while adhering to strict regulations including no cell phones/smart watches on production floor
• Ability to sit, stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs
• No time off in first 90 days – no exceptions
