Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 global law firm, is seeking a Coordinator, Practice Management to join their New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to support both

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Allocation Support:
Monitor associate availability and prepare daily/weekly utilization reports
Generate custom hours reports for practice group leadership
Utilize firm databases to support staffing logistics
Conduct initial analysis on associate utilization data
Administer the workforce allocation platform and distribute weekly reports
Practice Group Logistics:
Coordinate recurring practice group meetings (scheduling, room booking, catering, tech setup)
Assist with logistics for internal events, social gatherings, and group retreats
Manage event-related budgeting and vendor coordination
Distribute and monitor internal surveys related to group initiatives
Reports & Special Projects:
Review and analyze data for trends and accuracy
Collaborate with Finance on ad hoc reports regarding practice group performance
Track and update post-closing deliverables in coordination with the Corporate team
Maintain pipeline and deal tracking systems
Key Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
2 to 5 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
