DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven experience as a Traveling Superintendent, with at least three years of experience and two verifiable projects in different locations.
• Ability to conduct regular inspections, enforce safety protocols, and address on-site issues to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a solid track record in managing multiple job sites and coordinating remote teams.
• Expertise in developing comprehensive work plans and schedules to ensure seamless project execution across various locations.
• Ability to collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet milestones efficiently, regardless of location.
• Skilled in monitoring project budgets, costs, job forecasts, and productivity to maximize efficiency while working across multiple sites.
