**Compliance Manager**
**Overview:**
We're seeking a dynamic Compliance Manager to lead financial compliance efforts across the organization. This role ensures adherence to funding requirements, manages audits, and partners with leadership to shape policies and procedures that drive operational excellence.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide expert guidance on compliance for grants, contracts, purchasing, and finance activities.
+ Monitor compliance metrics and prepare insightful reports for leadership.
+ Lead audit readiness and action plans to meet federal, state, and private funding standards.
+ Review and update policies and documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
+ Prepare journal entries, variance analyses, reconciliations, and cost reimbursement invoices.
+ Coordinate external audits and manage schedules of expenditures for awards.
+ Maintain contract databases and ensure timely reporting to funding agencies.
+ Support budgeting processes and assist with grant and funding requests.
+ Stay current on federal and state compliance guidelines and deliver training programs.
+ Collaborate across teams, manage projects, and solve complex compliance challenges.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs.
+ Strong understanding of financial compliance for federal and state programs (preferred).
+ Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Proven ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and drive results.
