Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic, driven individual who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about community engagement to join our outreach team. The ideal candidate will support our efforts in brand development and marketing initiatives throughout the Baton Rouge area. Our community outreach and sales team is focused on enhancing donor and community support for our clients through grassroots marketing and sales strategies. Our collaborative approach, combined with a strong commitment to community and connection, enables us to host impactful events that foster positive change.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Client Missions: Educate community members about our clients’ core missions to secure new and recurring donors.
  • Event Coordination: Regularly participate in and organize local events to advocate for our partners' missions and establish meaningful relationships within the community.
  • Compliance Management: Adhere to all compliance standards set by our clients and retail partners.
  • Client Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ goals, priorities, and impact in the community.
  • Event Support: Assist local management with on-site event logistics and fundraising activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during events to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Systems Mastery: Learn and implement company systems, structures, and logistics to optimize development processes.
  • Marketing Strategies: Acquire knowledge of various marketing techniques and systems to enhance fundraising efforts and drive revenue growth for our clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or volunteer roles is preferred.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
  • Client Interaction: Experience engaging directly with customers and clients.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel locally to support various event locations.
  • Accountability: Strong sense of self-accountability and responsibility.
