Do you bring a strong book of business and relationships with General Contractors, Facilities Managers, or trade contractors? We're looking for a Project Development pro who’s ready to plug into our proven platform and immediately drive results.
Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is expanding our commercial footprint. This role is not about learning the ropes – it’s for someone who already knows the players. We’re seeking a high-level operator who can generate new project opportunities, manage pipeline execution, and ensure jobs get closed and delivered on time.

What You’ll Do
· Identify & develop commercial project opportunities in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical—across tenant improvements, ground-up construction, retrofits, and light industrial scopes.
· Leverage your existing relationships with General Contractors, Facility Managers, Property Managers, and other service providers to build pipeline fast.
· Own the project development lifecycle: from discovery and proposal to job turnover and post-project follow-up.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal estimators, ops teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth handoffs and strong delivery.
· Maintain accurate records of opportunities and communications in CRM; forecast your book of business and hit development targets.
What We’re Looking For:
· 3+ years of commercial project development, construction sales, or related trade sales experience
· A strong Rolodex in the construction or Facility Management space—you know the decision-makers and can open doors fast.
· You understand project scopes and bid packages and can speak the language of jobsite and boardroom.
· Comfortably managing multiple large opportunities at once, and driving them from lead to contract.
· Self-starter with a hunter’s mindset - you’re motivated by results, not micromanagement.
· Experience with CRMs and job tracking systems; able to manage your own pipeline with discipline.
Bonus Points If You Have:
· A background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), or general contracting
· Experience working with CMMS platforms or facility management programs
· Past success selling into government, universities, multi-family, municipalities, or industrial clients
