About the Role:

As a Commercial HVAC Apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with various commercial HVAC new construction and retrofits. Under the guidance of our Field Supervisor and Commercial Projects Manager, you'll uphold our high workmanship standards, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute positively to our team environment.

Pay Range: $16-$27 an hour, depending on experience, credentials, and apprenticeship ranking (pre-apprentice or level 1, 2, 3, & 4)

Pre Apprentice - $16.00 to $18.00/hourly

Level 1 - $18.00 to $20.00/hourly

Level 2 - $21.00 to $23.00/hourly

Level 3 - $23.00 to $25.00/hourly

Level 4 - $25.00 to $27.00/hourly

Work Hours: Flexible per project 7:30 am-4:30 pm/5 days (8 hrs.) or 7:30 am to 6:00 pm/4 days (10 hrs.) -- break and lunch times required by law (Overtime as needed)

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks and tests
• Ability to utilize hand and power tools; having your own tools is a plus
• Must possess mechanical aptitude and the willingness to learn/grow in the trade
• Effective communication skills with the ability to follow directions
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment

Participation in and Completion of EnviroControl Systems' HVAC Apprenticeship program is a term of employment. All advancement and future salary increases are determined by participating in and completing required apprenticeship training. Failure to qualify for and/or to complete required Apprenticeship training may be cause for termination.
