As a Client Relations Associate , you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and are fully satisfied with our offerings. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and help optimize service offerings
Track and document interactions with clients in CRM systems to maintain up-to-date records
Support the development and execution of client-facing marketing campaigns and initiatives
Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings and follow-ups to ensure continued engagement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Ability to work independently and manage client inquiries efficiently
Organized, detail-oriented , and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to team goals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required
