Job Description

Salary: $68,640 - 108,160 per year Requirements:

  • We are seeking candidates who possess at least 3 years of professional experience in the IT or electronics field, preferably within a hospital or service environment. Experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly desirable. Ideal candidates will have experience in network configuration or troubleshooting and hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or be willing to obtain it within 6 months of employment). A bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience—is required. Candidates must also meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, either with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing customer relationships by leveraging your technical expertise to install, implement, service, test, and troubleshoot intricate IT network solutions. You will provide tailored technical recommendations based on customer needs and assist in transitioning from a reactive service model to a solutions-focused approach. You will drive continuous improvement in our implementation methodology and service offerings while actively working to enhance customer loyalty through effective service strategies. You will work collaboratively within a regional team, engaging with diverse internal and external partners including clinical staff, sales teams, and service organizations. Additionally, you will coordinate project resources and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with Philips, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Your role will involve the installation of complex systems, including IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment, in both clinical and non-clinical settings. You will also conduct technical reviews of system configurations to ensure peak performance and resolve any electronic, networking, or mechanical issues. The position requires approximately 70% travel within North and South Carolina, with average daily driving times of 1-4 hours, and occasional overnight stays or travel may be necessary.
