Job Summary: The Management Collaborative for Religious (MCR) is hiring a full-time Bookkeeper to help support the financial and accounting activities of four Catholic women's religious congregations. This position will report to the Finance Director and will perform a variety of accounting support functions including payroll, accounts payable, and account reconciliations. The Bookkeeper position will work mainly out of the offices of the Benedictine Sisters of Pittsburgh, located north of Pittsburgh in Bakerstown (3526 Bakerstown Road, Bakerstown, PA 15007). There will also be occasional travel to the other Pittsburgh locations served by MCR. This role is primarily on-site, with opportunities for limited flexibility after the initial training period. Required Education, Experience & Skills: Associates degree or higher in Accounting or related field Experience with QuickBooks online preferred Experience working with a Catholic organization a plus Must have excellent written, organizational, verbal and time management skills and be comfortable working in a religious environment and committed to supporting the mission and upholding the values of the Catholic women's religious communities served by MCR.
