Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Polaris, CF Moto.
We are in search for a Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk that is attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and is professional and courteous when working with others.
Job Responsibilities:
· Completing end of day cash reconciliations
· General Office Responsibilities - Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents
· Maintains accounting databases by entering AR and AP into LightSpeed – our accounting software
· Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
· Ensuring that all payments are sent on time
· Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
· The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it’s information for the company or for individuals
· The willingness and ability to comply with local, state, and federal financial regulations, as well as the policies established by the company.
· Reconciling parts statements
· Finalizing deals
Qualifications/Skills:
· Accounting knowledge
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Reporting skills
· Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
· Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
Preferred Hours:
· Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 6pm
Compensation Expectation:
· $23–$25 per hour
