Position Title : Bilingual In Spanish Leasing Assistant

Location : Austin, TX (78753)

Pay Rate : $17.00 HR

Hours : Monday – Saturday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) with Overtime at the beginning of the month for rent collections.

• Travel: Travelling for work is expected therefore candidates must have reliable transportation as you may need to travel to San Antonio when needed. *
  
  

One of our clients out of North Austin is looking to add an Entry Level Bilingual in Spanish Leasing Assistant to their team. This is a temp-to-hire role.

Leasing Assistants are responsible for assisting in all aspects of the leasing office. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing to prospects, securing interviews/leases, qualifying prospects, drafting lease agreements (inclusive of all required addendums), assisting current residents, lease renewals/resident retention, and rent collection. Cash handling is not needed for this role as it is all check-based. Candidates must also be ok with working heavily on paperwork as opposed to heavily on the computer since it varies.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have

Reliable Transportation as there is travel expected if you become a permanent employee

Excellent communication skills, in person and on the telephone both in English and Spanish.

Strong customer service skills

Good organizational skills

Experience

Must be Bilingual in Spanish. (Required)

Computer literacy as well as experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Required)

Must be able to tolerate extensive walking, standing, sitting, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. (Required)
