Bilingual HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Be the welcoming face and voice for employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and addressing HR-related inquiries with care and professionalism
• Manage employee records and data with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Assist with benefits administration, guiding employees through questions and enrollment processes
• Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, new hire orientation and HR projects that foster a thriving company culture
• Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings and communicating with candidates

Bilingual HR Coordinator Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish to support our client’s diverse workforce
• 1+ years in an HR role or administrative capacity preferred, with a solid grasp of HR operations
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Paycom or similar systems is a plus)
• Your organizational skills and eye for accuracy are unmatched
• You love helping others and are energized by building relationships across teams
