Job Title: Banking Associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:30 PM) and rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM-12:00 PM)

You'll be the trusted advisor who guides members through their financial journey-whether it's opening accounts, processing transactions, or introducing them to convenient digital tools.
What You'll Do
+ Provide outstanding member service through accurate transactions and personalized solutions.
+ Educate members on digital banking tools like online banking, mobile apps, and automated services.
+ Resolve inquiries promptly and collaborate with other teams when needed.
+ Handle inbound calls to support overall member experience.
+ Apply a consultative, needs-based approach to recommend products and services.
+ Open new memberships, accounts, and loans; process related transactions.
+ Refer members to specialists for financial planning, insurance, and business services.
+ Support branch operations including ATM balancing and daily proofing.
+ Stay compliant with all policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and assist in onboarding new team members.
+ Participate in compliance training (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act).
+ Contribute to marketing initiatives and branch promotions.
What We're Looking For
+ Customer service experience (banking experience preferred).
+ Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poughkeepsie, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
