ASSISTANT VARSITY FOOTBALL COACH - OFFENSIVE LINE COACH JOB DESCRIPTION:
St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School is seeking a qualified Assistant Varsity Football Offensive Line Coach for the 2024 season. The Varsity Offensive Line Coach will provide support in the overall organization and management of the football program while reporting to the Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator. Aligning with the vision of the Head Football Coach, this position is responsible for developing practice drills related to the offensive scheme, assisting with training sessions, assisting with creating sound offensive strategies, game preparation/game-day coaching, monitoring position groups academics and scouting opponents. St. Stephen's and St. Agnes provides a competitive athletic program that competes in the IAC (Interstate Athletic Conference) and the VISAA (Virginia Independent School Athletic Association). We are looking for an experienced coach that will emphasize the values of leadership, sportsmanship and goodness, values that lie at the core of the athletic program here at St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School. All coaching positions are part time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
