Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY :
BYLD is looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager who works closely with the Project Manager to help ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. They will assist in coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members understand their responsibilities.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and report on key metrics.
  • Help identify and resolve project issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing project resources effectively.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Help facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are followed up on.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).
  • Proven experience in project management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
SUPPLEMENTAL:
  • Place of Employment is located in Aurora, CO at a newly constructed, climate-controller, warehouse/building with amenities. BYLD offers a flexible work environment that combines remote and in-office work (predominantly). This position requires the Assistant Project Manager to make themselves available at any given time as requested by Senior Management.
  • Expected travel and on-site work
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
  • Annual Salary (commensurate with experience) : $70,000 - $87,000
