Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PeopleSoft ERP Data Analyst to join our IT and Business Intelligence team. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data within our PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly across key modules like HCM (Human Capital Management) and/or Financials (FSCM).

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical data solutions, using their expertise in SQL, PeopleSoft Query, and data analysis to drive informed business decisions and support system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for PeopleSoft data structures, understanding the key tables, fields, and relationships within the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues reported by end-users, working closely with functional analysts and technical developers.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries and PeopleSoft Queries/nVision reports to extract, analyze, and transform data from the PeopleSoft database for various business needs and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data extraction processes, report logic

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with the PeopleSoft ERP system, with a strong focus on data and reporting.
• Expert proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (PL/SQL or T-SQL preferred).
• In-depth functional understanding of at least one major PeopleSoft module (e.g., HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits; or FSCM: GL, AP, AR).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
