On is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Ledger Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in accounting principles and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Start date: June 23rd to September 5th
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in the United States (Portland, OR)

Your mission
- Perform the mid-year 1099 / W-9 review, ensuring compliance and data accuracy for the first 6 months of 2025.
- Assist with general ledger maintenance, including account reconciliations.
- Support an analysis of retail store financial performance by creating stand alone profit and loss by store
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with other accounting and finance team members on ad-hoc projects.
Your story
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
